Is it time to tone up your mind? We’re all conscious of feeling good physically and yet do we make the same effort in conditioning our minds? Most of us realize quick fixes don’t really work. They are indeed exciting, but I’ve never met a quick fixer that’s lasted through the years. I’m pretty confident you can succeed at making a drastic change for one day, one week or one month. As the time increases, the odds of keeping the changed behavior in place decrease unless there’s a high degree of desire, purpose and consistency.
Our minds are the key to expansive thinking and limitless opportunities. So it only follows that internal success will pave the way for external success as well. We control our mind and our thoughts and how we react to events. There’s no need to judge every single event as positive or negative. Be where you are — the universe brings us all what we need rather than what we want. Big difference between need and want. There’s truly no room in your mind for any thoughts except those that propel you forward, build your confidence and increase your energy.
I leave you with three questions to consider:
1. What are you doing to condition your mind?
2. What thoughts are you reinforcing on a daily basis?
3. How effectively are you using your mind?

Child prodigy Adora Svitak says the world needs “childish” thinking. The key is to think without obstacles. Kids think of what they can do rather than the obstacles in their way. They have an “I can” mindset.
